Deep tissue

A gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.

Relaxation

Uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of the therapist's own hands and by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can more easily relieve soreness and tension.

Massage with added Hot Stone

A gentle massage on the skin using very light pressure to stimulate the movement of fluid in the body through the lymphatic system; reducing inflammatory agents, cellular wastes, dead cell particles, toxins, antigens, and swelling in the tissue in order to promote healing.

Lymphatic Massage

Myofascial cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient Chinese art of cupping therapy. By creating a suction or vacuum, cupping therapy is used to release rigid soft tissue, drain excess fluids and toxins, loosen adhesions, and lift connective tissue, while bringing blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.

Myosfascial Cupping

Reduces inflammatory markers that minimizes Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS), reduces recuperative time period post competition, and helps in identifying any new or prospective injury sites.

Combines Western deep tissue oil massage with the movement, stretching, and acupressure of Thai massage. The best of both worlds. Massage is performed on a table, similar to Western Style massage.

Reflexology is a focused pressure technique,  based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on feet, head, neck and shoulders which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body. 

Thai foot massage/ Reflexology

Massage performed by a student at a discount from the regular prices. Students have completed their first year of training and work at a clinic as a practicum as they complete their certification.
